Group Strategic Consultants was founded in 1995 by a Chartered Accountant and a solicitor, both with years of experience in this highly specialised area.

Since then, our activities have encompassed almost the entire field of both professional and commercial work, with particular emphasis on corporate finance, company strategic planning and company restructuring. With our extensive experience, we are able to cast an outsider’s eye over a company’s structure and see what savings can be made.

Our client list includes many FTSE 100 and 250 companies in most business sectors, and we are now recognised as one of the UK’s leaders in this field.

In 2010, we became part of Harris Lipman – a firm of Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Practitioners based in North London.
