How it works

A corporate group may have ended up with unwanted companies or divisions due to changes in the group structure over the years, or because the group has grown through a series of takeovers or mergers.

This can be resolved with the dormant companies either being struck-off or placed into Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, with the assets distributed.

However, before this process can take place, GSC runs a series of checks to ensure that all of the known assets are taken out of the company one way or the other and that the situation is clean.

We keep our clients informed of what we are doing at all times, and at the end of the process, will present our recommendations for rationalising the corporate group and planning for the future.
